Kori was not friendly at all, I had a hard time finding the door. Then the only thing she said to me was they have an 8 minute late policy and I was right at 8 minutes. I said I was fine just doing the lower half of my legs then as she “could not be late for her next client.” That was it, she said nothing else until the end of the service when trying to book me for a follow up. I also still have hair patches on my legs and the “other client” she COULD NOT be late for was no there when we finished my service at 9:33 AM.
