Not happy with the experience as a whole. Having gone to an actual eye doctor previously I felt like the exam was very short, they couldn't match contact pricing even though they claimed they could. Then because of the groupon I bought and paid for they charged me more to get an rx for contacts. Wasn't impressed with pricing and I just didn't need 2 pairs of glasses.

Beware that follow ups or fit corrections are not included in the cost of your Groupon.
During my initial exam, I told the Dr that the left lens did not fit properly. I was told that I just need time to adjust. I waited to see if I "adjusted" and I did not. When I called and asked to be seen again, I was informed that fit corrections are not included in the Groupon.
This feels rather suspect. Why didn't the Dr listen to me in the first place? Now, I have to come in and pay for another exam because he didn't give me the proper exam to begin with?
