This studio is great; because it is on the smaller size and independantly owned, the overall vibe is down to earth, classes are managable sizes, and you get personalized attention if needed/wanted. Michelle (the owner) is always around to answer any questions. Zumba and spinning are probably the most popular classes here, however they offer a variety of strength training classes as well.

Each trainer at Studio V Fitness holds at least one certification, while many hold multiple fitness certifications and degrees in related fields such as exercise science. Collectively, they use their knowledge to inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals with a variety of dynamic classes. Zumba classes get hips shaking with Latin beats and dance routines designed to shed calories, and other classes such as TRX suspension training and spinning focus on strength training, cardio, core exercises, and flexibility. They also lead Fitness Yoga classes that help develop lean muscles, core strength, and balance through Hatha and Vinyasa principles.
