Ken Towery in Shepherdsville KY is negligent. We brought my 16 year old son's car in for alignment and wheel balancing. They left 3 of the bolts off the caliper guide pins and did not tighten all lugnuts after placing the tires back on the vehicle. I was told when checking out that they don't provide any warranty for Groupons. My son could have been badly hurt.
