Buyer beware. The cleaners arrived late, left early, skipped our stairs completely, and mopped with old rags or a solution that left the whole house smelling like mildew. They were also unresponsive when I provided this feedback.

Two ladies came over for two hours of cleaning, and they arrived approximately 1 hour late. I had to postpone an event I had scheduled. I told the ladies to focus on the master bathroom/bedroom, guest bathroom and front room/kitchen. If there was time leftover, I told them they can then go into the remaining two bedrooms, as those were the lowest priority. The cleaning they provided was very basic with no attention to detail. I went back through each room reorganizing everything as many things were not put back correctly, and found lots of pet hair on the floor after putting the rugs back in their proper places. There was still lots of dust on areas that should have been wiped down, and one of my door stoppers is missing along with the triangle lift under one leg of my clothes hamper that kept it even on the floor. Additionally, there was still pet hair on the couches and the dining chairs and grime on my counter dish rack. I would not hire Amaidzing again as attention to detail is crucial when cleaning. When we clean our house, we do a much better job.

Horrible. Over 4 hours late. Owner claims cleaner had car trouble. Then, you should have alternate cleaners. Ladies did okay when they finally arrived.
