Ilona was fabulous. I came in guarded because of a couple reviews but this is the place to return to. I am very picky when it comes to getting a Brazilian wax. It was the least painful and she was skilled. Because of how well it went I look forward to trying her other services. I didn’t find her pushy at all. She takes so much care to make the place warm and inviting and clean. Thank you Ilona!

Upsells and makes you feel uncomfortable if you refuse to upgrade. Could not even get my second treatment because she cancelled on me because I wouldn’t add an expensive facial to my package

Ilona was professional and kept her facility very sanitary. The downside is that she tries hard to sell prospective customers on other services and seems disappointed in you when you decline. She did not mention that she charges an additional $10.00 for a Covid questionnaire. That would be helpful to know when. She is very detailed about other information. She conveniently leaves that out.
