Professional, courteous, efficient, thorough and an absolute joy to do business with. The framing was magnificent, flawless and showcased the posters they framed for me. I went there on a Sunday and there was a note on the door "Sunday by Appt Only" I called the number listed and within 24 hrs got a very nice call back apologizing. Additionally I had called the store number listed on the web but no one answered (and I figured it was because they were busy.....) and got a call back form Sonja (?) also apologizing. My coupon was about to expire and she said she would still honor it whatever date I decided to come in. My husband actually ended up going there on Tuesday and spent 2 hours with her to frame 5 pictures - She was extremely professional and had an excellent eye for matting and the frame shapes/color. He called me to make sure it was OK to spend the kind of $'s it came out to, but we had 3 very odd pencil drawings and colored pen drawing and 2 regular size.. With our coupon it came out to just over $400 - which sounds high, but my husband assured me it was more than well worth the price. These people know their stuff and I will update when I get the pictures back. One thing to note - the parking is limited so you may have to walk a bit. It's right next door to Casa Vega and there is another restaurant and nail salon also on the property.
