JMS Air Conditioning and Heating, Van Nuys

Service tech was excellent, completed work and thoroughly explained problem with air conditioner. One week later I got a call from JMS asking if I know how to properly redeem Groupons. I printed the voucher and had handed it to their tech! He kept asking me for a redemption code that did not exist in any of my emails or records at Groupon. He even sent a photo of one, is this insinuating that I have a comprehension problem? I sent proof of purchase, printed Groupon , paid them for the service completed. Now officially done, the $36 is not worth being hammered on the telephone after hiring them to do work!
