The massage was good except the massage therapist shorted me 15 minutes of my time. Instead of a 75 minute massage I got 60. Then the front desk staff couldn’t do anything to adjust the price because it was a Groupon purchase. Dissatisfied with this place.

Alex, Getting shorted on time is never a good experience. We completely admit fault in this. Because you came in a with a Groupon, there was little we could do in the moment to reduce the price. However, Jordan (as he wrote on the business card he gave you) did note on your account that you have 20% off your next service with a free hot stone and scrub ad-on to make up for the value of lost time.
