Very nice clean establishment and wonderful customer service! I had electrolysis done on my lip and chin and have to say I am very pleased with the technician she was very gentle and Informative about the procedure. I would buy this if you’re looking for permanent hair removal!

After getting a call from the secretary, I had to speak to the owner since she was refusing to uphold the Groupon I purchased, since I had used one a year ago. When I said I had checked it said NOTHING about that policy, she was extremely rude, unhelpful, and condescending. She wouldn’t let me get a word out and then HUNG UP ON ME. An honest business would uphold service promises. Worst ever!

I had 2 electrolysis treatments done on the top of my nose and it honestly feels like the little hairs got worse after treatment they are now longer and more noticeable than before and I see no improvement.

Electrolysis does not stimulate hair growth. We state that is some regrowth e.g. first treatment usually about if 100% of hair is cleared then 70% of the hair is killed; therefore within the next regrowth any hair that regrows should be retreated then eliminating another 70% of hair with 30% regrowing within the next 6 weeks period and so on until 100% of the hair is treated which takes about 18 to 24 week period. There is no process that will kill hair immediately and electrolysis is rated as permanent hair removal by the FDA but it is a successive process. When the hair has been peviously tweezed, waxed etch it draws out the treatment time because the regrowth is usually more frequent than 6 week periods. If one continues to tweeze hair growth will definitely continue.
