I took my vehicle for a detail a little after 2:30 pm and was told that it will take 6 hours. After almost 4 hours of waiting, the employee, Brandon, called and told us that they were not able to clean the vehicle---this was a little after 7pm. When I relayed to him that it would have been appreciated if they called earlier, I felt that Brandon did not own up to their shortcomings and said "we just found out that we can't do your car and we don't take appointments"---he and another employee, who was getting ready to go home, were the only ones left in the shop. Brandon even misplaced the keys and had to look for them before handing it to me. It is unfortunate that this happened and would hate for others to go through the same predicament. I was hoping to have a good experience, so that I can come back and use them as my go-to detailer, but they failed. Hopefully, this will not happen to you.

I expected my car to come back spotless. Yes, it was waxed, but the interior wasn't that clean.

Awful job, I literally had to leave and go to car wash. Owner took no responsibility for terrible job even when I swiped car with hand and showed him dirt.

Dropped car off at 9:30am, was told it would be ready in 3 hours. Car wasn't ready until around 2:30pm. 5 hours is excessive. Car definitely wasn't THAT dirty. They were just barely putting the wax on at the 3 hour mark.

I paid $55 for $155 worth of service. The job that they did was terrible. I park outside for work and birds leave poop on the car. It is easy to remove, but this was still on the car. If the car was washed and waxed, how come this was still there. Also, the headlights where the plastic covers them was foggy due to the fact that whatever they used, wasn't buffed off, the windows were not completely cleaned and I had to clean them off as well as the side mirrors. In addition, when I was coming up to my car, I saw that the chrome on the front of the car was also foggy due to the fact that they didn't buff it off. I also saw many foggy spots on the outside of my car where the buffing was horrible. They did do a good job on the wheels, but this is where it ends. I would like to be refunded the $55 that I spent for the non-service that they provided. In addition, I went in on a Tuesday and was told that I'd have to wait about an hour. After an hour, I was told that they detail guy still wasn't back from lunch. So, I told the guy that I would come back on Friday and he told me that they opened at 9 a.m. and if I got there at 8:30, I would be the first customer. My errand allowed me to arrive at 9:30 and I waited until almost until 10 a.m. when another customer showed up and was waiting for them as well and then the guy finally showed at 10 a.m. He said that they opened at 10 a.m. When I was leaving, I saw that the SUV from the other customer had water spots on her chrome rims. I don't know if she was satisfied or not.

They seemed to be understaffed that day and after keeping our car for about 8 hours, I still found things to clean on it when I got home. Seemed like a fancy car wash rather than a total detail.

I called twice during the week before using my groupon to make ensure (a) If I needed to make an appointment (I was told "no" both times) and (b) To confirm the service would take 3 hrs. (I was told 3 hrs max). The person said as long as I got there between 9:00 and 3:00 there would be no problems. I got there at 9 am sharp and was told my car would not be ready until 3:15. If that wasn't bad enough, I actually didn't get my car back until 5:15. My entire day was shot. The guy in charge never even apologized! You'd think with all that extra time my car would have been cleaned to perfection. But no. The glass on my windshield was streaky. I have have no plans to go back, nor would I EVER recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience with the owner and service. Be aware of them damaging your car and totally denying it. Totally unprofessional, rude, racist staff.
