Seen little to no results, when i got there i was pressured into buying a product that was just a repackaged expensive aquaphor. The laser she used i feel was on a low setting to give low results so you would have to come back. Once i mentioned i had a groupon she immediately went in to pitch a $175 spot treatment. Why not give the right service and include it in the upfront cost. Disappointed :(

Brian, thank you for your feedback. We offer EltaMd post laser balm which is petroleum similar to aquaphore but it’s in a larger molecular structure which allows for the skin to breathe and minimizes the possibility of an acne breakout while healing post co2 laser. The cost of the product is $11.50 I always give an opinion of a deeper CO2 laser if the patient is a good candidate or I will offer to do a spot treatment on deeper acne scars if the patient is not a good candidate for a deeper laser peel for a full face. Also multiple lasers are required for maximum results, specially when patients have deeper acne scars and are not good candidate for a deep laser treatment.
I’m sorry you feel disappointed and pressured but we always try to give each patient as much information as possible so they know their full range of options.
