Very intense workout. I am new to this kind of workout but I didn't feel left out-which is important to me. Don't let yourself be intimidated by the great bodies and super strong/flexible students! Class sizes are kept small and instructor did come over to help me and fix my positioning. Next day I am sore but not to the point where I can't move. It will definitely take a few classes to get the hang of the moves and to be able to do all of them for the whole time period, but I am looking forward to my next class!
