Extremely sweet and charismatic woman! My hair didn't turn out exactly how I imagined and she took the extra time to redo the color (at no charge) so that I was completely happy with the results.

After 4 hours for the keratin treatment I went home with stick straight hair - great! However, I took extra precautions with a week of keeping hair down so it would not crimp, and not washing. After one wash with the recommended products, my hair proofed back up! did not work! I don't think she used enough keratin. Waste of money.
