I’d never done a Cryogenic treatment before. Everything was done according to what my research told me to expect. The ‘cold’ part of it was easily bearable. I had anticipated the temperature to be severe. Anyone that’s ever had to shovel snow in the NE has experienced worse. And you wear gloves and boots here, too. The chill down is only 3 min. which passes quickly. Try it. Lots of uses.
