John's Cleaners did a good job but their customer service is lacking. On November 30th I was advised my jacket and comforter would be available the next day, and they were open from 7 am to 7 pm. I needed my jacket for the weekend and I told the woman I would pick it up Friday. I arrived to pick up my items at 6pm on Friday and they were closed! I called their phone number, left a message and never got a call back. I went yesterday to pick up my items and I told the woman that I went to pick up my items on Friday and they were closed early. She said, "OK". I said, "I really needed my jacket for the weekend" and she said nothing. Not a word. When I left I heard she was eagerly getting back to a personal phone call. I went out of my way to go to this place due to the groupon, and will never go back.
