Our curriculum is designed to make sure you feel safe and supported, especially when you're brand new! You will build the strength you need to pole dance with us, so don't worry if you don't feel "strong enough" a lot of us weren't when we started! We are here to help you revel in movement that feels incredible in your body and discover your own unique dance style. This is a place to luxuriate in your sensual self and nourish yourself inside and out. We explore embodied movement that helps you find a delectable connection between your mind and body.

We want to help you embrace what makes your dance magical, whether that is finding your power, leaning into your luscious sensuality, exploring your mouth-watering sexuality or basking in your creativity through experimental movement. We believe the best dancing comes out when you are connected with yourself. We are a gender inclusive studio and welcome anyone who wants to dance.
