Great deal, 6 month warranty, excellent service. Would do it again anytime!
Great service, job well done! 6 month warranty, can't beat it.
I don't know what NAT stands for. This is not the Sears that I went to - I went to the one in Aurora Village and have been there several times. They are on-time and thorough. They go over the car w/ me and point out what to be thinking about and if they consider it short or long-term suggested maintenance.
Helpful and knowledgeable - oil changed, coolant replaced and rear brake pad
It was like going to the Spa . . . the car was well taken care of with an oil change, coolant and both rear brake pads replaced - it runs well. Ounce of prevention vs the pound of cure - well work the time and cost.
Sears Auto Center in Redmond is great! Fast, friendly service and my car handles like a dream now. Well worth worth it!
The manager was very friendly. The work was done well and quickly. Making an appointment on their website didn't work, have to call to make an appointment.
Very happy with my oil change. After being sticker shocked by Jiffy Lube ($50) I got on the groupon site, found this one ($18.99), and after I had purchased it, it advised that I make an appointment at the Sears website and gave me a link. I made the appointment for the next day without hassle.
The next morning, I got a call from David who advised me that that time chosen was overbooked and he had times available which I chose the latter one.
Kudos for not making me waste my time coming in when they couldn't have seen me.
I came in, they appeared busy and very understaffed. Knowing that, I was ok with waiting a few minutes until I could be checked in, signed my paperwork and then went wandering around shopping.
I came back perhaps an hour later, everything was ready. They advised me on things that I will need to do in the future, things I should be aware of, and gave me specific information on something I asked them to take a look at while they were working on my car.
Can't ask for better.
My daughter scheduled twice to get her oil changed and both times showed up to get cancelled because her car was too difficult to change the oil. A 1967 Camaro with a stock engine.????? This is one of the most simple common applications in the U.S. We also had another poor experience with our other oil change getting spilled on the exhaust and not cleaned before sending me on my way. They take a simple job and make it difficult here in Seattle.
The service guy was nice enough, but the oil spilled all over the engine and on the exhaust stunk horribly. After driving 5 miles and smoking from the spill, I took it back for them to clean. They just wanted to give it a quickie clean. It wasn't good though. It stunk for a couple days through the heater vent. poor service for a simple job.
Everyone was very polite but service was extremely slow
