I booked a 60-minute massage expecting focus on my neck and shoulders. Instead, the masseuse spent a significant amount of time massaging my glutes despite me clearly telling her multiple times not to. This felt violating and uncomfortable.
Additionally, when the massage ended, she did not leave the room for me to get dressed and instead attempted to dress me herself, which I declined. This is not standard or appropriate professional behavior.
The experience felt more like an intense rub than a therapeutic massage. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and shaken.

Easy to make appointment but they charge you tax as soon as you walk in. They tend to sell add-ons ($10 for hot stones with your massage, $20 for vit c mask with your facial) Might have been a communication barrier but my request for deep tissue massage ended up mostly being Swedish type massage. No shoulder or hand massage included with the facial and a quick 1minute head massage. Will not repeat

I booked one hour facial and one hour massage. Wouldn’t recommend the place as it was stated in other reviews the main owner? Or receptionist will leave and come into the room while your session is going on to attend other clients. If they can just hire a full time receptionist and focus on the facial/massage happening their main feedback would be fixed.
