I would not go back here again. The massage was good.. My problem is with the Hilton. They want you to sign a waiver giving up ALL your legal rights even in the case of negligence or serious harm done to you by them. Also I tipped the massage therapist very generously but when I went to check out, they informed me that part of her tip has to go to the Hilton so I had to pay an additional percentage. Of course, the therapist didn't mention that to me when I handed her the tip.

Dear Ms. Huber: We are very glad to hear you liked your massage here, and very sad to learn that you will not return. The waiver we use here is standard in hundreds of spas across the country. If it made you uncomfortable, we wish you would have shared that with us. Waivers are only required if you wish to have the service. We do have a 15% gratuity for technicians and a 5% hotel service charge, which is published in the Groupon, which stated, "A mandatory 20% service fee based on the Groupon price of the services provided will be added," and on our website and our printed menus. During check out we always go line by line through the ticket to make sure our guests understand the charges being applied. As you already handed cash to your technician, and she informed us at the desk, we removed the 15% gratuity from your ticket. We very much prize guest feedback. You're treated as a V.I.P. the moment you walk in the door. Everyone smiles and makes you feel welcome. There's no attitude about you being a Groupon customer so you don't have to be taken care of as well. Everyone is special.
