We LOVED our trip to the North Pole Experience. SO grateful for Groupon. We couldn't have afforded to take the family without it. Hope NPX and Groupon consider working together again.

it was too pricey- i think that adult price tickets were out of line considering we just rode along. I wouldn't expect that the adults would be the ones interacting with the elves, exactly, but the price for an adult ticket wasn't justified at all by the experience. otherwise, the actual encounter was amazing.

Our NPE trolly broke down and kept us waiting over 1.5 hours to get back into town. We ended up missing dinner and froze on the outside patio the whole time.
