Regina's Pet Parlor, Shreveport

We used to love Regina's, but since the business changed hands, we are not happy at all. They cut our dog too short and cut his skin in a couple of places. When we went to pick him up, they were not organized. They didn't know which dog was ours and brought us the wrong dog. We are looking for a new groomer. Won't go back to Regina's

It took entirely too long for my dog to be groomed. I made an appointment and he was there all day. I would prefer for the staff to say they are booked and schedule me another time, rather than taking an appointment and tying up my day.

My dog looked clean, but did not smell clean. The grooming was okay, but had to bring back to get the hair from his ears removed and his tail trimmed.

Staff very friendly and kind to myself and my babies! I highly recommend this place to any and everyone !
