Lisa Arendell has been leading Zumba classes for over two and a half years, but she has been in the fitness industry much longer. A certified personal trainer, Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in exercise science, and has owned and co-owned fitness centers and sneakers over the span of her 16-year career. Now she leads large-group Zumba classes for people of all experience levels, helping clients tone up and sweat off excess pounds with a fusion of Latin rhythms and dance moves. She lead one class daily Saturday through Wednesday.
