The people are really nice and helpful. Not intimidating atmosphere and the work out are intense. Is was a little irritated about the constant "waitlisting" for workouts but I learned how to sign up early.

I've been in contact with Bonnie via the phone and email. She is aware of my position regarding my experience at the Fitness Asylum. I've notified Groupon as well via emails. I took the class to supplement my existing workouts however I did not have a favorable experience which was not a result of the workout itself but rather the interactions which again Bonnie is aware of. Bonnie did however contact Groupon which took some time however I recognize she had her hands full with her pregnancy and then birth of her babies. My concerns were eventually addressed by Bonnie and by Groupon.
