About Heidi at Vibrant Living Wellness Center

The staff members at Vibrant Living Wellness Center want each and every client to lead their best possible life. To that end, they offer a variety of alternative healing techniques that target the cause, not just the symptoms, of various health issues.

Owner Heidi Hoffman, a registered dietician, was inspired to open the wellness center after dealing with her own digestive and weight issues. She benefited from alternative therapies, and now wants to pass that healing onto others through reiki treatments, neuro-emotional technique, and nutrition response testing, which are used to treat problems such as fatigue, digestive disorders, sleep problems, and severe PMS.

Today I tried Reiki for the first time and it was like meditation. I was super nervous to begin with because I didn’t know what to expect, and I wasn’t sure if it would be beneficial to me. Heidi explained how it works and how she’d help clear energy that’s either negative or foreign from my body. I came out feeling extremely relaxed. Definitely a positive experience.

Heidi was on time and very warm. She is very intuitive and explained the reiki process thoroughly. I very much enjoyed the experience and have made a follow up appointment.
