Martina didn’t show up on time , I haven’t used the voucher so not sure why it’s marked as used. I called her and she claimed I never confirmed the appt which is funny because she asked me if I want to book the appt and I replied in an email saying sure and then asked a question if I can leave them to go if I am not available ... not sure how that’s not a conformation !!!!!

horrible horrible. my mom tried to schedule multiple times. they kept rescheduling. and ultimately they no- showed on the last day they told her she could use the groupon. BEWARE!

The scheduling was easy and efficient. Our cleaner was perfectly on time and excellent! We felt very informed throughout the whole process. I have scheduled further appointments and have had to change the schedule a few times -- easy!
When you start, the system signs up you for recurring appointments, but we have changed it to do one at a time -- again, easy!

I was sadly disappointed that a two hour cleaning service for a not so dirty 1000 sq ft. condo wasn't enough time to get a good clean. This Groupon was valued at 160.00 which would mean 80.00 per hour for one person...honestly I think this is false advertising. I will not use them again nor recommend them.
