Don't know why this neighborhood Indian restaurant is so under-utilized. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is friendly & attentive. Some of our favorites are the Kuchumber salad, Goan fish curry, Butter chicken, Rogan Josh, onion kulcha...yummm!

It's a good restaurant and should be supported because Silver Spring needs diversity in its restaurant offerings. Overall, the food was very good -- presented well, portion size was approrpiate and it was all very tasty. On two other fronts, however, the dining experience could be made more pleasant. First the flooring should be replaced, or at a minimum -- cleaned. The current carpet is rather dingy and doesn't make for a very good impression regarding restaurant cleanliness. Second, the gentleman who greeted us and served us (manager? owner?) would present a more pleasant ambiance if he smiled and was more welcoming. I felt somewhat uncomfortable by his very stiff and austere attitude.
