I was put on hold three times to make the original appointment, I left my car and was told it would be an hour and a half which is twice the amount of time for my usual oil change at a different place, he took my phone number. After two hours I called, he incorrectly wrote down my phone number. At this point I had no ride back to Meineke and had to walk a 1.5 miles to get my car.

My appointment was for 1pm. Although early, I was told I needed to leave car for 2hrs. Was told by lady there that with Groupon we were worked in. I said I wasn't told that. When completed I asked if the tires were rotated, manager responded that my tires were new....I responded there were not. Manager said it would take 5 minutes...a little longer..but be sure to check if all work is done.
