Terrible! No A/C throughout the hotel , they told me that they wouldn’t charge me for parking because of it and they did. They tried to come to my room and was completely deceiving about fixing the issue. The customer service at the front desk was the worst! Avoid this hotel at all costs. Silver springs doesn’t deserve this horrible place! Another thing, the room is very small.
