For these prices they do not shampoo the interior nor do they wax the exterior. This is a rip off. I can get a carwash and anywhere for $20.00

Got the feeling because we used a groupon we didn't get the detail of work expected. Cup holder still dirty, didn't wipe the front seats down . Didn't vacume trunk . Disappointed after we went out of our way to try them

Customer services was not great. I had to wait about 15 minutes before anybody took care of me. The location is confusing, because they have two offices across the parking lot. The clean up was ok, I guess. I did it first time and have nothing to compare it with. However, I didn't find it different from a standard wash.
