What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Perfectly Pilates is located within dFine Private Fitness Club. dFine is a private elite fitness club with state of the art equipment, limited memberships, steam room, sauna and offers smoothies and beer and wine. Pilates sessions are offered in a private fitness room with individual coaching.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep clients motivated by consistently changing the routine and paying special attention to the areas my clients want to focus on.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've always had a passion for physical fitness and began taking Pilates Reformer Classes in 2008. After several years as a client, I decided it was time to get formally trained so I could teach and introduce others to the wonderful world of Pilates Reformer!
