You need to fix your bathrooms and find some friendlier staff. My girls enjoyed going their, but those bathrooms, gross!!

Great opportunity. Had no idea the business existed before the group on. Kids have loved it. Keep it clean during flu season. Post a sign discouraging use if child is ill.

This was a great way for my son (3) to spend the afternoon. Especially since its cold outside. It was clean and the staff was very nice.

I would NOT recommend this place for a birthday party. Even with a 50% off Groupon this is still a ripoff. Their employees text more than actually work. I would say 60% of their machines didn't work. And of the ones that did, only a handful gave out the tickets. The employees would get mad at the kids that would ask to get their tickets. This place has no security at all for the kids, we had to catch the kids in the mall. And anybody can walk away with your child. The only drink the kids were provided was about 4oz of a slushy. We had to go ask for water. It's something that should have been offered to a bunch of kids that are running around. They didn't even have spoons for ice cream.

Our birthday party was exceptional on all counts. I left there very relaxed even with 10 little kiddos under the age of 5 running around and a newborn under my wing. Everything was very well organized and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank You Xcite

We have been there many times. Especially with the new facility there is so much for the kids to do.

I was very disappointed when going to use my Groupons and only being allowed to used ONE voucher PER DAY. I was under the impression I'd be able to use more as it took one voucher alone to get only one child at a time since the vouchers were for $10 each and it cost $9.76 to get in. Once I paid for ONE child's admission, we couldn't use one to eat. Now I have 3 vouchers worth only the original $5 paid. The girl working wouldn't even let me use them for the $5 I originally paid for them. I wasn't even given the option to print out more than a $10 voucher, although I'd bought $50 worth.

WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD AT ANY FAMILY FUN CENTER ANYWHERE IN THE STATES BAR NON! It was so bad I'm not sure where to start! Before I actually purchased 5 of their groupons, I called them to clarify usage and all that was included in the package. I was gifting 4 of the 5 groupons I intended to purchase. I live over an hour from there and needed to know if this was worth it. I was assured all five could be used the same day. I was assured these coupons covered the inflatables and some tokens for the game machines, as well as free snacks. Upon arrival they would only accept 1 of the groupons. It only covered 1 child to use the inflatables. No game tokens. No snacks. It cost me an additional $60.00 to have all the children be able to use the inflatables, get some game tokens and a drink or snack. The game machines were constantly "eating" more tokens than was posted was necessary. Had to pull teeth to receive a few back because of this, then gave up trying to replace these "stolen" tokens because it was such a hassle. Several machines were out of order, or were actually missing levers needed to play properly. The games were overall really lame and "off" so they were no fun to play. The machines and inflables were very dirty, and my son became ill that night and missed two days of school. The groupons were expiring in 4 days, during the middle of a school week, and quite frankly I would not want to go back there. Now I have 4 expired groupons with credit to a place I'll never go again. Total rip off. Also, as a last kick in the pants- I wasn't expecting any great toys in exchange for the tickets earned while playing some of the games...but these were pathetic. There were literally only a handful of toys left to choose from. The floor was strewn with empty containers (marked for various coupon points) behind the display case. I work way too hard to have my money stolen from me! The "help", didn't want to help. You had to go and get them to purchase anything from the snack bar. I want my money back. I did not receive what I paid for.

They were extremely rude about the groupon and very inflexible. Nowhere on the groupon does it say that "an adult from each family" must accompany the child for the coupon 2 be valid. So the pleasant outing that I anticipated gifting my kids' friends with and costing $25, cost $44 AND I HAVE TO GO BACK and spend more again next time to use remaining coupons.... I don't think so!!!

From Our Editors

Nestled within Empire Mall, Xcite Family Fun Center enraptures youngsters with inflatables, video games, and tasty treats. Sock-clad kids bound across the center’s ever-changing selection of inflatables—which frequently includes Batman- and Disney princess-themed bouncers—navigate obstacle courses, and race down slides. The arcade entices players with games such as air hockey, skee-ball, and Star Wars Racer, and the enclosed toddler zone pairs wee ones with age-appropriate inflatables, slides, and coloring-book versions of the tax code.

In between rounds of bouncing and gaming, kids can reenergize with grilled-cheese sandwiches, pretzels, or pizza at the snack bar. Open-play sessions run until 9 p.m. Monday–Saturday, and parents or grandparents can accompany their children for free.
