Very relaxing, sinus opened after 5 min being in the salt room. Almost went to sleep when I could hear the rain start outside. Can't wait to go back

My kids ages 11 & 12 loved playing in the salt. I had a sinus infection at the time & it definitely helped decrease my symptoms. The kids can’t wait to go again. The only thing I would suggest is covering your hair if you have long, thick curly hair like my daughter because the salt left residue in it.

The Himalayan Salt Spa is wonderful for so many different things. I go for skin condition I have and also my allergies. It is wonderful and helps with so many other conditions. Heather the owner is extremely helpful and willing to accommodate. She also offers CBD oils in her store front. One of the best new spas on the Northshore.

Great experience! Went with 2 of my best friends we relaxed chatted laughed and breathe in the salt! Skin felt great just as Heather said it would! Heather is awesome! Very knowledgeable about products she sells and the salt therapy! It’s a must go!!! Thanks Heather we had a great time while soaking up the Himslayan salts! Can’t wait til next visit!!

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. It was our first time, myself and 2 best friends, and we had a great time!! The owner, she was very personable and so very, very nice and helpful...it was as if we had known her forever!
We had a great time and are looking forward to our next Spa day.

The Himalayan Salt Spa is such a good experience. Anytime my allergies or sinuses get bad, I go for a session or two and I get so much relief. Heather is also a lovely person and truly cares about your wellbeing. I highly recommend them and will continue to go there.
