*Q&A with Mike Blumenthal, Owner and Chief Instructor at Millennium Martial Arts *

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated? Our exercise program is very diverse with many different fitness routines that are rarely ever the same. There are no "routine" exercises. The exercises are tailored to the students that attend the classes.

Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility? We offer martial arts classes for ages 3+, cardio fitness kickboxing classes for teens and adults, classes that the entire family can attend together on a weekly basis. Throughout the year, we host the Millennium Health and Wellness Seminar Series that includes child safety and anti-bullying, meditation, women's self-defense and more. In addition, we host super fun karate themed birthday parties, monthly parent night out events for kids 4+, seasonal parties for our members and their families and much more!

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover? All of our programs are taught by highly experienced instructors who are welcoming, patient, and love teaching. Children of all ages including those with Special Needs thrive in our enriching classes.
