Buyer beware. I've been to Tai before and she's a great masseuse.
I tried to make an appointment today for a one hour massage using an expired $62 Groupon. She quoted me $155 for the massage because she said I purchased the Groupon with the add-ons, that included a deep tissue massage with aromatherapy, heat therapy and a foot scrub. I actually purchased the one that was for a 60 minute Swedish OR the deep tissue with add-ons.
Also, inquired about the current $40.50 Groupon with a $5 Groupon credit she is offering. She denied having a current Groupon. I sent her a screen shot. Then she told me that offer isn't available anymore, although it shows that it expires today. So, instead of charging $80-100 for a massage as most other places do she wanted $155.
Her website is out of service currently so you're unable to view her normal prices.
I'll be getting massages somewhere else.

Good day, Ms. Charlotte. I am sorry that you misunderstood what I said and Groupon/my policy on expired vouchers. You called inquiring about using your expired Groupon. I went on the database to check it.
1) Since you had already been a client of mine you were not eligible to use another Groupon, which is stated on the Groupon. "New client only". BUT I was still going to accept it.
2) The Groupon expired 2/2017.
When using an expired voucher you would need to at least have an appt booked before the expiration date...*That is Groupon's policy.
However, I was still going to accept it. However, you still have to use it for the offer that you originally purchased. ***What I said to you was THAT offer isn't available to purchase any longer and I asked you for the Voucher # so I could double check it again to see what you actually purchased, which you did not provide...Because when I looked up your name on our Groupon listing, it showed that the expired Voucher was the Massage with Add-ons(Aromatherapy, Heat, Foot Scrub) for $155 (the actual regular value before the Groupon discount).
*So, when making an appointment for an expired Voucher (already past the expiration) you have to pay the difference between the discounted rate that you already paid and the Regular price. Also, in doing this you still have to get the service that you paid for not switch to a different service. Again, Groupon policy.
3) You said I have a $35 Groupon which I do not...I explained to you that my offer is $40.50 After you sent the screenshot I explained to you that Groupon runs their Own "Sales" which is why it read $35 until 12/27/17. When Groupon runs a sale we, the merchants do not know. That is their sale to you. So even if they run a sale...my Groupon off is still $40.50. And there are spas the charger $100 and higher for just a Swedish massage. My $80 regular rate is customized to the client's needs (Swedish and Deep Tissue)
I am also now in a full spa and am very proud and confident in my work to charge $80 (regular rate).
I am VERY sorry but you could not use the $62? you paid for the Massage with Add-ons that expired in February to get 1-2 massages based on a current Groupon offer that is on sale.
I try to do my best to accommodate the needs of my clients, within reason and never want someone to not get what they paid for. So I am happy you were able to work that out with Groupon and get your account credit.
Again, my apologies and take care!
Oh, Happy Holidays!
