I bought the groupon because of the previous reviews seem to be positive. Asked Omar to come over do a routine inspection of the AC. Afterwards got a laundry list of things supposedly repair for $1400, that is for AC under 8 years old? What's worse, 2 days after the so called "inspection" by Monroe, the capacitor failed, this unit never had any issue before, is that just coincidental??? Had another company came over to repair the capacitor, they specifically told me the unit does not require the repairs that Monroe asked for. I don't like to accuse anyone or want to suspect anyone, but this is worst service I had in a long long time

Chen X, when you don't maintain your equipment repairs can pile up on you, we notate deficiencies that we find, but your not obligated to make the repairs, most of the time things we see come from a sloppy installation, if your capacitor went out its because you declined to have it replaced at the time of our visit.

Mr. Monroe was kind enough to fit me in, in an emergency type situation. Came out did the inspection make sure everything was running right and was able to do some extra things to keep my home cool
