I had a terrible cut & highlighting there & vowed never to go back, but my daughter gave me a cert for a massage. I called a week before the expiration & was told it was too late to redeem because the person was on vacation & wouldn't be back till after my coupon expired. Yes, maybe I should have called sooner, but I could have had an appt otherwise. The young woman was rude as well! Not good business practice.

I was left waiting for 20 minutes for a pre-scheduled appointment -- and I was the only client in the chairs waiting. Then, the "experienced" male stylist attempted to have his protégé take over, which I objected to. I then had to wait another 15 minutes while my stylist finished with his other client. Had I not been using a prepaid Groupon, I would have left. This is the service that may be acceptable at a Best Cuts where I didn't have an appointment, but not at an supposed "upscale" salon.
