I received welcomed and received excellent treatment by a professional and kind manicurist.

The atmosphere was very uninviting, The staff basically ignored me. It took at least 2-3 months to schedule my mani/pedi appt. because I was using a groupon. I got tired of this place and never used my last mani/pedi service ( I bought the 3 shellac manicures and 3 pedicures for $125), I will never go to this place again!

Nail area not clean. First salon I've been to where the tech did not come to me. I was told to "go back". When I got to the nail tech she told me to "have a seat". She didn't greet me or intoduce herself. Her work area was unsanitary and she was opening packages while doing my nails. This was also the worst shellac manicure I've ever had. Lasted less than 2 weeks and it peeled off on its own like regular polish. I can't say anything about the rest of the salon but I would never have my nails done there again nor refer anyone.

The manicurist had dirty nails and text while serving me. She did not do a very good job of nail polishing. I would not ever go to her again.
