Did a poor job on a tune-up

High level of expertise and attention to detail. I was impressed and pleased with the quality work performed on my bike. Problems: 1) can't drop off a bike in the AM on the way to work; 2) there were a couple of delays in getting the work completed. Usually a customer really needs and wants the bike back at the agreed time.

Got a tune-up for my bike. Took about 5 days, but I was given that notice prior to leaving my bike. Quality service.
