i was not satified with the foils color results and she ran out of time to do my cut the same day so Ihad to go back the next day so they could finish my cut and style. The next day Fernanda herself tried to repair the foil color work but still was not able to accomplish what I wanted as a result. I had brought in pictures to show what I wanted. The hair cut was awful. and way too short She chopped up all my hair without even checking with me throughout the process to see if she was cutting too much or not. I did not like her technique of turning my chair away from them mirror so that I couldn't see what she was doing through the cutting process. She just turned me around when she was done with the cut and at that point was too late to let her know that she had gone WAY TOO SHORT. She needs to ask her clients for feedback while she is doing the cut so that we are not so chocked when we turn around. I'm glad my hair will grow back. Lesson learned.
