Bridgewater Bakery, Bridgewater

We tried a variety of pastries to get to know the level of baking expertise and was sadly disappointed. Must items dry, and not flaky. The owner was very nice and tried to help. We asked for a coffee cake and was told that they do not make them every day. We asked what days and was answered every day or two but didn't seem to have a baking schedule. After tasting several items we unfortunately trashed the balance. We do have additional Groupons that we will not probably use. Needs to get additional baking experience and more variety .

I had all three coupons left. I expected to use one on Sunday and the remainder over the next two days. Some items did not look fresh. The ruggala I purchased were stale. The cost was $4 for 6 pieces.

Great cookies

The baked goods are good, but the woman working the counter went from polite to very rude when she realized we were using groupons, that we read the "fine print" already and found a way to use 2, and that we actually wanted our money's worth.
