I had purchased a 75 minute facial and my facial lasted just under 60 minutes. The facility was clean and the young lady doing my facial was nice but I think inexperienced. Her facial massage was too light. When I was done there was a very thick layer of product all over my face and neck. I had to wipe of with a towel just to go out in public. I do not have sensitive skin and I have had many facials in the past, this is the first time that I had a reaction all over my chest and neck. I believe this happened because she did not cleanse properly between treatments. I would not recommend!

Clean location. Friendly staff. Great music. I’m deducting 2 stars because it took 2 hours for a classic set and at least 10 have already fallen off (it’s been less than 24 hours).

The place is very professional but I was disappointed with the results. No one even noticed I had it done. I picked gorgeous as the style so I thought they would be more dramatic. I feel like they just look like I used a good mascara. Definitely not what I expected
