I called anout a dozen times (spoke with someone three times! Left messages the other times) Either never received a call back or they took my contact information and said they would call me back and never did. Cancelled my groupon as i woildnt trust them to show up even if they said they would! Very disappointed!

The cleaning was good but since it was a Groupon they did not provide their usual full service. That essentially means it is not a discount or a “Groupon” if the lowered price reflects the lowered provided service.

The services provided was a standard cleaning service which is on a discounted price. It is not meant to be less of a service because of the low price. Our services and treatments to our clients are not based on the price, but to make our clients happy and satisfied. Bacco Cleaning Solutions was very professional when I first scheduled my cleaning. On the day they were scheduled to clean, they emailed me and said that they would be 30 hour late. I was okay with the lateness and continued to wait. They proceeded to never show up which was highly disappointing. I purchased the cleaning since they were highly rated. I called them the next day since no one called me. They said they would call me back to reschedule later that day. Again I didn't hear from them. I called repeatedly to schedule and left messages. Eventually I received a call with a date for the next week. When the date came no one showed up. I called and left a message expressing my disappointment again. I received a call the next day telling me that I was supposed to confirm via text message or email the day before which I apparently did not do. They decided to send over a person to clean my house that very day in a couple of hours. I had to change my plans for the day. A woman came over with her husband and did the best she could. I helped out since it was too much to handle alone. I purchased the 6 man hours of work and it was supposed to be a team of 3-4 people working 2-3 hours. She did most of the work with my assistance (her husband did minimal cleaning and vacuuming), and she only stayed 2-2.5 hours. I had high hopes of getting a thorough house cleaning before I returned back to work but alas it wasn't meant to be. I rarely write reviews, and I was not planning to write this one. However, I am truly disappointed with my experience. I do believe that my situation is a rare occurance with this company. This has been a tough year for my family and I, and I have learned that there is something to gain in every situation. I hope that this review will be simply a teaching point on customer service for Bacco. I have learned that I NEED to confirm, at least, any service that I will schedule in the future with any business.

As we spoke on the phone due to the misunderstanding in your 1st appointment we did include for you an extra service free of charge as well as waived our travel fee to ensure that were 100% satisfied. As far as the 2nd appointment, as you mentioned above we do require our first time clients to confirm their appointment by email or text message, as our system sends out two reminders prior to your appointment. Confirmation on the 1st appointment is very important to make sure our clients are home and nothing has changed. As far as our technicians and as you mentioned above, we send from 1-3 technicians depending on our schedule. In regards to the service, we apologize for the inconvenience, the time of the cleaning depends a lot on the conditions of the home. We strive to do just one thing.........create a positive and clean environment for our clients.
