Haircut fine color fine. Strange atmosphere with dog(s) moving about and loud headbanging music. They did turn it down when I asked, though and changed the type of music. Ladies were nice, but probably not my taste in salons.

Ow! Awful wax! The "hard" wax generally does a better job with hair removal when I have had waxes in the past, but this time it was a torture device! Never will choose this service here again, despite wanting to give a second chance, my bikini area is appropriately gunshy!

The facials were ok- uncomfortable table in cold & not very quiet room...could hear the washer cycle & upbeat music from the other parts of the building despite the relaxing sounds playing. Astrid is very sweet & her facial massage is lovely, but the actual facial itself did very little for my skin & left me feeling greasy. Also, was charged for a facial despite redeeming before the expiry date!!
