they dont even deserve a single STAR. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING BAIT-N-SWITCH: THEY ARRIVE (2 hours late) WITH NO EQUIPMENT AND IMMEDIATELY SAY THEY CANT DO YOUR CARPET UNLESS YOU GIVE THEM SIGNIFICANTLY MORE MONEY ON THE SPOT -- CASH. THEN THEY MARKED THIS VOUCHER AS "REDEEMED" SO I CANNOT GET A REFUND. I DID NOT GET ANYTHING FOR THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE VOUCHER!
