I got a six-time hair removal package for the under arm area from Groupon.The treatment is a failure, as I still need to shave my underarm every 2-3 days after five treatments. You ask me why 5 instead of 6? Because I bought my package at the end of December I wanted to start my treatment in the beginning of January, however she postponed my appointment for a long time until January 23. I was worried that because she postponed my first appointment I wouldn’t be able to get all my 6 treatments, but she lied to me, saying that she will extend the time period so that I would get all of them. I cancelled one appointment because I had COVID and I did let her know about this before the appointment. She rescheduled my 5th appointment very late and when I went to this appointment and asked her if it was my last she said yes. Even though I was supposed to get 6 treatments I only got 5 because of her busy schedule. When I texted her after that she promised that I will get all 6 of my treatments she responded that my package is expired and I won’t be getting my last treatment. Her schedule is also not flexible and scheduling an appointment with her is a pain since she only works 2 days of the week. I also work with another laser company and I never have any of these issues with them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
