What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We offer Body weight HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) bootcamps to help people achieve their desired goal. What stands us apart is our incredible personal trainers.They take the time to teach everyone the proper way to execute each exercise in order to maximize effectiveness and eliminate injury.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring? We provide a great learning environment. We have the gloves, punching mitts, shields and practice weapons. Our students and future students need only bring a burning desire to learn and a positive attitude. Oh, sweats and a t-shirt would be helpful too.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We started this business because we were finding that people were causing injury to themselves in the medium and long term with certain gyms because there were a high volume of clients. We set out to keep out classes small, so that one can get the individualized attention necessary by our experts to do the exercises safely, correctly and with a whole lot of fun..

What do you love most about your job? I love seeing people reach their goals. So many people come in with low confidence because it's been a while since they've last exercise, but after their first session, they feel they can achieve their individual goal.
