We booked an appointment and they texted us 1 hour before the appointment saying that they changed the time and then called again and changed the time of our appoint again without consulting with us. We got a couples massage and my massage started 25 minutes after my partners. Massage was average at best. Would not recommend.

Staff was extremely disrespectful and tried not to honor our Groupon even though I made an appointment. I spoke to them several times over the phone on the day before (Wednesday) and the morning of our appointment (Thursday). When we arrived they stated they only take cash. When this became an issue we were told to come back in two hours even though we made an appointment. After the massage, they were very pushy for tips even though our experience was extremely negative. We had not even gotten dressed yet and they were asking for us to tip them. After tipping them they called us "cheap" because they believed they deserved more than $20 each. They tried not to let us leave but I am a big guy so I said goodbye and pushed past them while telling them they should be grateful that we tipped at all and would not be coming back.
