I’m so happy to have found this great fitness studio. Ive done the pound and trx class and look forward to trying barre. I️ can’t say enough great things about Jenny and her staff, though new to the classes, the instructors are so helpful and welcoming, along with the other members.Pound is a new and fun way for me to workout, each time I️ leave I️ can’t wait to go back:).

I have enjoyed the classes I have attended. I purchased a Groupon that included five classes. All the instructors I have encountered have been excellent! Looking forward to continuing and trying one of their "pound"classes.
