I really wanted this to be my go-to place for lashes. Nice location, newer building and chic private suite. After filling out a 30+ question form, being rescheduled and over 1 hr application, my lashes fell out within 2 days, ALL of them. I did contact the technician and she said it could have been humidity in the suite and I can come back for a free re-application but I’m all set.
